Froggy Beach – Coolangatta – One of our very favourite beaches on the Gold Coast, Froggy Beach, Froggy’s Beach or Froggies Beach as it is sometimes referred to, is a beautiful wedge of sand located between Snapper Rocks and Point Danger on the very Southern Point of the Gold Coast. A divine location for a Gold  Coast beach wedding, the cove is protected from wind by the surrounding hills and the contrast of colours from rocks, sands and driftwood on the beach creates a dream setting for photography. The bridal party can make a stunning entrance by using the timber boardwalk from the top of the hill.

North Burleigh Beach – North Burleigh Beach is a stunning beach wedding ceremony location situated at the Southern base of Miami Hill. Stunning turquoise water and rolling surf meets pristine fine sand and the rocks at the base make a stunning contrast. This area has easy parking, great access and a good range of local venues to hold your Gold Coast wedding reception.

Currumbin Beach – With expansive white sand, Currumbin Beach offers multiple wedding areas for your Gold Coast beach wedding.

Currumbin Rock – At the northern end of Currumbin Beach, just near the Alley is a secluded stretch of sand with Currumbin Rock in the background.

Currumbin Elephant Rock – Elephant Rock at Currumbin is located directly next to the Currumbin Vikings SLSC and is a popular beach wedding location. Tide dependant you can tuck in behind Eelephant Rock for a gorgeous intimate beach ceremony location.

Currumbin Flat Rock – Further south is the fabulous location of Flat Rock, Currumbin which is an easy access beach wedding ceremony location.

John Laws Park,  Burleigh Heads  – John Laws Park, also know as Burleigh Hill, offers one of the most magical views anywhere in the world.  A stunning park with views all the way to Surfers Paradise make for a dream Gold Coast park wedding location!

Mick Shamburg Park, Burleigh Heads/Miami – Overlooking North Burleigh Beach and neighboured by Miami Hill, Mick Shamburg Park provides a great grassed area with the beauty of the golden sand and water in the background.

Len Wort Park , Currumbin – Nestled just around the corner from Currumbin Beach is this quiet park area providing the perfect area to have the beach views without the sand in your toes. Len Wort Park is a great Gold Coast park wedding location and is easily accessible with great parking.

Pat Fagan Park, Coolangatta – Views from the Pat Fagan Park deck are incredible and makes for a spectacular Gold Coast wedding location!  Views are 360 degrees from north to south and with a well designed ceremony setup you can make the most of this stunning deck area.

Rainbow Bay Beach, Coolangatta – A gorgeous beach located right next to Froggy Beach/Snapper Rocks. Rainbow Bay offers stunning views back to the Surfers Paradise skyline with a gorgeous ocean background.

Tallebudgera Beach, Tallebudgera – This lovely little cove area at Tallebudgera is accessed by a concrete path leading to the beach. Populated on weekends by families due to the calm water, it’s a fabulous spot in the off-peak days.

Kirra Hill, Kirra – A great intimate wedding location up on top of the hill at Kirra overlooking the ocean. Offering a roof overhead gives you a great for those smaller ceremonies and wet weather options.


Main Beach and The Spit – Populated by major resorts, restaurants, cafes, parklands and ocean side beaches with naturally vegetated sand dunes and areas overlooking the Broadwater, Main Beach has it all. Main Beach and The Spit wedding locations include Philip Park, Doug Jennings Park, Macintosh Park, Hollindale Park and hidden gems within this nature strip, perfect for Gold Coast beach and park weddings.

Macintosh Park – Surfers Paradise This is one of the most popular parks for a wedding ceremony. The central location to many of the hotel reception venues makes this a great spot for wedding ceremonies. The beautiful green leafy trees and quaint bridge are a beautiful backdrop for wedding photographs. Sheraton Mirage – The only absolute beachfront resort on the Gold Coast, Sheraton Mirage offers a superb backdrop for Gold Coast wedding photos and a stunning location to celebrate in style. With beachfront and beautiful garden locations to chose from for your ceremony and three spectacular rooms to hold your wedding reception, this venue really is one of a kind!

Palazzo Versace – Say “I do” at the picture perfect Palazzo Versace, your dream venue and the ultimate destination celebration. Enjoy a barefoot beachside ceremony and have your first kiss with the deep blue Pacific ocean or the Broadwater as your backdrop.

Len Fox Park, Labrador – The beautiful Len Fox Park overlooks the magical Broadwater in Labrador. A tranquil location for your Labrador park wedding ceremony with lovely shaded areas with large native pandanus and pine trees.

Harley Park, Labrador – A busy park for families, Harley Park has a lovely location away from the hustle and bustle. Overlooking the magical Broadwater and Wave Break Island, this area provides a lovely outlook for your Gold Coast wedding ceremony.

Rosser ParkRosser Park or Gold Coast Botanical Gardens as it is also known is the Gold Coast’s most beautiful garden wedding area, set on 31 hectares and just 10 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise. Beautiful flowering plants bloom all year round and all surrounding a lovely duck pond with boardwalk. The perfect location for your wedding ceremony.

Cascade Gardens, Broadbeach – The peaceful Cascade Gardens is set back off the Gold Coast Highway offering lovely Gold Coast garden wedding areas overlooking the Nerang River. It has a lovely Rotunda area that can be dressed beautifully.

Broadwater Parklands – The centrally located Parklands not only offers magnificent views and wide open spaces for community events, but also offers a number of more intimate locations such as the Pier and the Rooftop featuring the spectacular backdrop of the Surfers Paradise skyline. Broadwater Parklands has the perfect wedding location to suit your needs.

Sanctuary Cove – The Marine Village is in the heart of Sanctuary Cove and is located on the edge of a tranquil harbour and marina. A wonderful variety of wedding ceremony locations at Sanctuary Cove, overlooking the water and marina. Sanctuary Cove Village is home to a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars with dining options for your wedding reception.

The Gold Coast, spanning Main Beach to Coolangatta, has 50 miles of beautiful sun drenched beaches, just perfect locations for your beautiful beach wedding. At the southern end of the Gold Coast, Coolangatta has some of the region’s prettiest beaches. Coolangatta has its own sheltered beach, and further south, Greenmount Beach and Rainbow Bay beaches are protected coves with gentle surf. Nearby Froggy’s Beach / Point Danger is a favourite of ours for beach weddings.  Further up the coast Burleigh Heads and North Burleigh Beach offer some lovely areas, Miami Beach, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and Main Beach all have great areas to hold your beach wedding!
