Garden Marquee

Victoria Park Weddings

Thinking of having your wedding at the Garden Marquee at Victoria Park? Check out this gallery of weddings we have styled at this great venue.  The Victoria Park Garden Marquee provides a beautiful green golf course views and rolling green hills as your backdrop. At dusk, watch the city lights come to life.

When styling the Garden Marquee, we often use gold wedding decor and tones. These work in beautifully with the gold overhead lights, and teamed with gold cutlery, bring glamour to your wedding tables. The use of our luxury linens brings another dimension to your room too, and boy do we have an amazing range!

The marquee provides an excellent space for your wedding ceremony as well. No need to worry about rain, wind or being too hot – their air conditioned space will be perfect to exchange vows. Let us re-purpose your wedding arch and move it behind your wedding table – voila! Instant backdrop without obstructing that great view.

Keen to marry outside on the deck? Let us help you choose your wedding arch for this area. Teamed with white carpet aisle runner we will ensure that your wedding ceremony is on point.

Rich & Colourful

The Old Museum, Brisbane

There’s nothing better than a photoshoot with our industry friends to launch a new range and this was a cracker!  We had just received our range of luxurious and stylish velvet linens. Featured at the heritage-listed property in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, our aim for this shoot was to enhance the old girl’s natural beauty and that we did!

Rich wooden tables and chairs were provided by Brandition and we layered our lengths of blush pink velvet and an abundance of rich lush florals by Jacqui M. Sitting in our footed gold crystal look vases gave the blooms the stature they deserved along the table. Sunlight bounced off our matching gold crystal stemware and gold cutlery. Each place setting featured our rustic look resin charger plate and Burgundy velvet napkin.

We set a ceremony space against the heritage brick wall at one of the verandah and chose our slimline gold pentagon arch with matching silk florals to provide a subtle and effective ceremony backdrop. Our models Nathan & Katherine had a blast posing for camera.

Thanks to Cuisine on Cue who provides the venue catering for weddings at the Old Museum (one of their many venues) and made sure we were well fed and hydrated throughout our shoot day.

So much fun and so fabulous to showcase our talents with such awesome wedding peeps!

Pretty Pastels

Victoria Park Golf Complex, Brisbane

This colour palette makes us go all gooey inside. Soft divine florals with a mix of textures and variety by Jacqui M really set the mood here.  We used the simplicity of our white mesh circle arch to let the florals and the couple do the talking – and boy it makes you want to get married right here!!!

With our stunning models dressed by When Freddie Met Lilly and beautified by the lovely ladies at Bella Brides, all we needed was a handsome Groom. And in steps Dane. Dressed to perfection by When Freddie Met Lilly.

As well as our lovely ceremony arch setup, florist Jacqui M dressed the Victoria Park Courtyard arbour with this large and lush floral piece. Using the left corner gives your eye a chance to take in that feature, without it taking away from the stunning bridal bouquet.

The reception “table for two” was the final piece to this picture perfect puzzle, allowing us to capture the CBD lights in the background of the golf course. Soft blush pink velvet linens with crystal stemware, glass chargers and soft grey napkins look inviting teamed with those fabulous florals.

If you are keen to explore this palette for your wedding, get in touch with us and let us help you create your magical wedding!

The Grange at Sanctuary Cove

This wedding from 2018 at Sanctuary Cove is one that we continually reference when talking about hanging greenery installations – do you go fresh or faux?

This couple chose the faux greenery route to maximise their budget and we created the look that exceeded their expectations!

Using the large rafters in The Grange Room at Sanctuary Cove, we dressed the main square with a mixture of faux greenery, wisteria and roses. We brought in the strands of fairy lighting across over the bridal table and finished it off with a swag of greenery over the table.

For the guest tables, we featured fresh greenery runners through the middle of the timber tables, rustic look charger plates and gold Tiffany chairs.  A great rustic, enchanted look in this room with those timber and large ceiling rafters.

If you’re wondering whether you should do fresh or faux greenery, let us help you!

Garden Marquee at Victoria Park

This gorgeous couple had their magical day at Victoria Park, starting with their ceremony on the Garden Marquee Deck. Jaclyn and her girl squad had gorgeous bouquets done by Jacqui M, she also created a beautiful arch floral and sweet aisle posies for our gold tiffany chairs. We love how these special ceremony moments were captured by Fontaine Photo.

Their reception inside the Garden Marquee was soft and romantic. The gold tiffany chairs and table decor tied in beautifully with the brushed gold lighting features. Soft blue satin full length cloths featured on the bridal table and guest tables. Pure romance!

Colour Me Happy

Hillstone, St Lucia

We love nothing more than partnering with fellow wedding specialists and creating magic!

This photoshoot at the gorgeous venue, Hillstone St Lucia certainly captured the inspiration and fun we were wanting to achieve.

Set in the Tuscan Garden area at Hillstone, the table was dressed for a princess (and a prince too). The delicate and completely amazing fresh floral chandelier was constructed by Kelly from Bella Bloom Co, can you imagine the hours she spent threading those fresh blooms onto wire? Our delicate blush pink linen cloths featured on this long table with our antique style brushed gold tableware, crystal stemware, cutlery and charger plates

The ceremony design consisted of our ever-popular circle arch with greenery that Kelly from Bella Blooms adorned with loads of fresh blooms to make it explode with colour making it a gorgeous backdrop for our Bride who was dressed in the most divine When Freddie Met Lilly Gown. The team at Bella Brides did a fabulous job with her wedding hair and makeup too.

If you are looking to get married at Hillstone St Lucia give their lovely team a call and chat about the options for you.
